I can remember when they had a true bargain basement, a sewing department and many other things that have disappeared as it became more upmarket... I was told when they decided to remove their craft section a few years ago that the overall policy was to be seen as a upmarket department store and that the craft section just didn't fit with that image...I personally think they spread themselves a 'little thin' and that is what helped bring about this current state of affairs...Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06964691229955614154noreply@blogger.com
